singlespeed is an onone/gt bits bling thing, xtr hubs and brakes, just need to change the stem as synchro one is a wee bit long!! we went up to brickstock cafe then cross country to aldwinckle( some new tracks for me) absolutely love the ss and with brian it was pretty steady, good tho, (Old man) weather was good all day luckily

We went home via a brand new singletrack downhill in fermyn, it was ace, can't believe we can still find new hidden gems still. have to show you this one in future.

There was some Bling bikes on show last night for sure.

On the subject of shiny expensive bouncy mega bikes, had to laugh as both Troy and Gary were dumped on their arses on our ride home. Last night I watched two Superlights and a Yeti crash, two of them very heavily and with injuries, might stick with the simple singlespeed myself ;-)

I am heavy but didn't fall heavy luckily, only fell about 4 times, couldn't get my feet out of those pigging new pedals,
