only my own mate, its the morning after brownies do now and i'm a bit oiled but good day anyway, so worth it, felt good in the race so looking forward to the times to see where i am! need another challenge, beat Gary(copper) and Tom(breakdown but who's counting) so need someone else to chase!!! look out Jack and smiffy my elbows are getting bigger
